Form Response Settings

This tab contains details about the response provided to the user submitting form data (not to be confused with the admin email options on the 'email' tab).  

The Submission Response Display is shown on the web site upon form submission.

The optional Submission Response Email is an email confirmation sent to the user submitting the form, BUT it REQUIRES a form field name 'email' to enable this feature. You may also optionally include the form entries in the response email.
