Headings
Headings used in module views follow this standard:
Module Titles in most views use H1 headings.
Module Titles in 'sidebar' type views which use a view name including 'headlines' or 'quick' use H2 headings.
Item Titles use H2 headings unless in a sidebar type view in which case they are not given a heading.
